My path into the healing arts began over 30 years ago, shaped by personal experiences with chronic pain, depression, and a deep longing to feel whole again.

Since then, I’ve guided thousands through somatic trauma healing and transformational group work across the world.

This isn’t just what I do—it’s the path I’ve lived.
